Any good skyblock modpacks with HQM and expert/kappa mode

None of the mainstream modpacks like infinity evolved or project ozone 2 but modpacks made by a 3rd party
 
I didn't make it very clear, i should have said i already played and finished those packs any other 3rd party packs, yes PO2 is a 3rd party but it became very popular so i just considered it a mainstream pack
 
You could try divine journey. Its easy mode is about po2 titan mode, and its hard mode is supposedly harder than kappa mode.
