hi never played ue befor want to give it a go but hate to play ssp unless its for testingi n creative dot know y but muti player is more fun then singel player so dose any 1 have a server up ?

If you bothered to actually check the forums, you'd see there was a server section.

Just go to the server section, and look for a universal electricity server.

Well you've put about as much effort into searching as you have your spelling. I've seen atleast 3 on there earlier last month.
