Anti Griefing for Server

I will be setting up a server with this mod pack once it is released, and was wondering if there will be forge mod or other means to setup anti griefing measures i.e. toggles for nukes, etc? Is there any anti griefing plugin that will be compatable with this pack?

Also, is there a current forge anti griefing mod out there? I been looking for a while and can't seem to find anything.
