Just curious, how do you have an error with Mindcrack when you also say you're using Ultimate?
There are various things you can try to fix this.
First, update Java if possible.
Second, update the pack.
Third, remove any extra mods you have added and see if that helps.
If none of these work, post back here with your new error log.
