Annoying Black Chunks

Hi, I started playing on 1.7.10 with a custom modpack a few days ago. It's going smoothly except one very annoying bug: some chunks will just randomly turn black like they don't exist. The only way to fix it is leaving the area of the chunk or reloading the world. (F3 +A does nothing) It's not caused by Fastcraft as I tried it without fastcraft already. Anyone know a quick fix to this?
 
Do you have Biomes-O-Plenty or any other world gen heavy mod? 1.7.10 has issues with world generation structures, and mods make it noticeably worse.
 
I do have Biomes' O' Plenty installed. Oh well, it seems to be getting less common and reloading the world only takes a few seconds anyways :I
