Summary of the problem Angel Ring in Refined Storage can be crafted with empty lassos

What is the bug? I crafted one angel ring with a full set of ingredients and took it out from the Refined Storage crafting grid. I had enough of extra materials in the system for the second one, except for the Cursed lasso with a Ghast, yet still it allowed me to take another ring from the grid, even thou the recipe was incomplete.
