Summary of the problem Aluminium in Macerator not working

Pack Version 1.2.1

What is the bug? Aluminium ore cannot be processed in Macerator. It can be processed in all other macerator-like machines (like pulverizer or sagmill) so I do not see a reason why not IC2 macerator.

@tfox83 I can get you something to fix this but it would need to be added to both client and server so the configs don't miss match.
