Alternative for RP pump/grate

Hi all,

I optimistically created a nice size hole on a Unleashed server, just to find out that RP2 isn't installed. Now I am carrying buckets for days but it's just no good, I keep "errors" in the lake, by 4 blocks flowing towards one block.

Are there any alternatives other than asking the admin to creative me and place water source blocks

There is the floodgate in buildcraft but that's in 1.6.2, maybe you could do something with computer craft? From my understanding there isn't a block that functions like the rp2 grate pump combo

If you get a 4 block water error, (I hate it too lol.) simply use an Angle Block (from extra utilities) one of the 4 spaces and then pick it up after the other 3 fix themselves. That's about the best you can get.
