All power lost after re-log

Details of the issue:
After relogging I instantly lose all my power stored. If I close out of Minecraft and restart completely, I do not lose power. Only on a re-log.

My Draconic core was at 300B, now it's at 0 and will not gain power even though all my vibrant capacitor's are full. All relevant chunks are loaded. Worth noting I've enabled chicken chunk loaders.​
