So, my app updated today. Now none of the mod packs I had installed are missing. I can see them in the "AppData\Roaming\FTBA\instances" folder... But they are not in the FTP app to play. Please help with this. I am getting tired of having to either move my games! Or, start new ones!
All my installs are gone!!!

Tech Support section is for getting help with FTB related problems. If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Make sure that the FTB app has the correct folder set as its instance directory. It has been known to default to the user folder sometimes.
