All FTB packs not working.

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Details of the issue:
I was playing yesterday just fine. I installed infinity 1.10.1 and it crashed and now every pack I download crashes. I've tried deleting everything (appdata and all) and starting fresh, reinstalling java, changing installation directories, redownloading ftb launcher, just about everything you could think of. Any ideas folks? Any help would be greatly appreciated​

Check your firewall/antivirus applications. Something(your firewall/AV, ISP's firewall, government's firewall or Cloudflare) blocks your HTTP HEAD requests.
