Windows .exe All 1.6.4 packs are not Launching

Operating System and bit type: Win8 64 Bit
Java version/update and bit type: Java7 Update 45 64 Bit
Launcher version: 1.3.2

Description of the Issue: When I try to start Monster the launcher Gives me that error Or it proceeds few steps then it closes itself without launching anything Same with all 1.6.4 Packs But the others works fine.

Make sure your security software isn't blocking Java or the launcher.

How can i do that ?

Look in the log files of whatever security software you use.

it's allowed from the firewall side and still showing same error

so what should i do ? i can't wait to get in!
