Summary of the problem Agricraft - Missing Mutations
Pack Version 1.1.0
What is the bug? There's no way to obtain certain seeds through crossbreeding from MC Vanilla, specifically sugarcane, brown mushrooms, red mushrooms, beets, cacti, and all types of flowers.
Searching through the config files I found mutation .json's for carrots, melons, and pumpkins, but nothing else.

Is it repeatable? Always.
Known Fix Adding in a <plant>_mutation.json file for each missing plant seems to be what's needed for the plant to grow from a cross-crop. JEI sees the recipe, as well. See config/agricraft/json/defaults/vanilla/plants for the respective plant names.
