when i start my server it generates the following log, but won't start

I haven't tried to add or remove any mods. I Clicked the download server button on the FTB Launcher. then extracted the zip and uploaded that folder via FTP to my servers minecraft folder.
had to rename the FTBServer-1.6.4-965.jar to FTBServer.jar before McMyAdmin would even attempt to start the server.
