Agrarian skies problem

I have a very weird problem.
I want to play Agrarian skies with some friends so I hosted a small server but when i upload the server files to the host and start the server I have ID mismatches but when I start the server on my computer it works.

Are you certain that you uploaded the config folder? Also that there were no preexisting mods or configs on the server?
Try wiping the server's config/mods directory and starting again

well after some testing FML is not loading the mods.

EDIT: It works i dont know what i did but it works
