Details of the issue:

When I start the pack I spawn up in the middle of the air and fall to the void and die. No terrain loads, no structures, nothing spawns at all. What information do you need to look at this further?​

You have to download the map from the maps tab in the launcher.

so glad i found this i was having the same problem and i had no idea what to do with it. i love the pack i'm so glad to be able to play it now.
