Bug Agrarian Skies "End of Stream"

Whenever I try to join my friend's Agrarian Skies 3.1.4 server I get End of Stream. This is what is displayed in the console: [SEVERE] [Minecraft-Client] Reached end of stream
Can I please get some help?
