Details of the issue:
I crash upon trying to right/left click or place any pipes. Fluiducts, item ducts, energy conduits. Even being near placements of them crashes me.​

Wow.. That log doesn't help much. Hopefully someone else can chime in as well. That being said and I don't know if this will help. But, AGS was famous for backstuffing on the item ducts. Especially on cobble generators to crucibles. I'm not sure if that is the issue here. But to fix you would need to create some type of spill over for the cobble. Jabba barrel with a void upgrade works. Or dump the excess cobble into AAs to craft it into compressed cobble.

There was also chunk loading issues with these pipes as well. One of the reasons Jaded gave in and finally put chunk loaders into the pack.

You can also try and break every item and fluid duck but then you run the risk of dumping a all of the items out. Which may create another problem until they despawn or picked up.

Appears Waila related. Is it possible for you to update to the newest Waila?
