Windows .exe After update friend can't join server. (direwolf20)

So I just updated the server/launcher and I can get into my own world fine (localhost) but my friend "can't reach it" anymore. We played fine when it was the last update like a week ago.

My internet was down for a few days, but all the port forwarding is still good. Any ideas?
