After FTB Ultimate crashed I can't see my world

So I was playing FTB Ultimate on peacefull and I wanted to kill few endermans to get pears, and then I changed difficulty to easy, game froze and nothing happened... No crash message, nothing.. So using task manager I killed FTB Ultimate process and when I turned on it again options was reset to original and I can't see my world where I was playing... If i chech feed the beast folder where is saves, my world is there but I can't see it then I launch FTB ultimaye. Anyone can help me???
P.S. Sorry for my terrible english
