shouldnt you use slaughterhouse for pigs etc?

I have one beside the grinder but I'm not using it because I want essence to spawn creepers and I have plenty of meat ingots and pink slime. I don't care about the pork either but it still shouldn't be dropping it.
In a couple of hours it collected 700mB of mob essence which is ridiculous.

I'll double check this with my own SS-spawner\grinder combos when I get back home. I know I'm still getting stuff from them, but I generally don't look at the raw food figures so will need to double check.

NNo that's LXP and I think the conversion to essence isn't in yet.

So, as it turns out... My pig soulshard doesn't actually spawn any pigs right now... If I break it and move it elsewhere it works fine, but not in the space where I normally have it... So unfortunately I can't confirm for pigs at present. All my other spawners are working just perfect and the grinders are picking up and spitting into the \me interfaces behind them.
