AE2 Singularities?

Im playing AE2 on the new direwolf pack and I cannot find how to get the ender dust so I can entangle two singularities as the previous way (grind stone) for AE1 isnt working. NEI isnt showing it either
Anyone got any ideas?

The new DW20 pack has EnderIO, right? Like silicon, if AE2 detects anything matching the same ore dictionary name added by another mod, it'll disable its own recipe. Use EnderIO's Ender Pearl Powder, and blow it up in the same way as AE1.
