[AE2] Seperating Cables

Hello, I want to seperate two AE2 cables (smart ones). Can I seperate adjacent cables, like you can in Thermal Dynamics with a Crescent Hammer? I tried clicking on the connection with a Certus Quartz Hammer, but nothing happens. Shift - Right Click dismantles the cable.

Two ways, get yourself two different colours of cable, which won't connect to each other (the base fluix colour connects to all colours though). If the cables are already placed you can use a colour applicator to do this, when appropiately filled.

Or separate them with cable anchors.
