Hey my name's coolaw. I just started building my first decent sized ME system on FTB Infinity and am running into some problems. My terminals and drives seem to be out of power, even with a 5 billion capacitor plugged in by tesseracts with the controllers displaying 16k/16k.

On the left are 32 ME drives plugged into a dense cable plugged into a strip of controllers and the right is my crafting unit setup.

This is all of the system i have built so far, with 1 drive plugged in to test it.

This is the underneath of the system and this

is the setup from above.

Reupload the Photos and lets see what happened there. For me it sounds like you messed up something with the channels or you forgot a quartz cable somewhere.

I can't see those pics, but ME drives show up the same if they are out of power or out of channels.

Make sure you have sufficient channels run to your storage, or use a storage subnet thingy to reduce your overheads.

Cannot see the images either but an item of note, you can only connect other cables to a dense cable, not devices

Pics do not show. It sounds to me like you have used up the 8 connections you are allowed per channel.

You can connect devices directly to dense cables, but devices themselves can only carry 8 channels. I didn't see your setup but hooking up a row of 32 drives to one dense cable is not going to work.
By the way, if you have Waila it should tell you when a device misses a channel.

Did you acctualy count them :p

That said I do not like how ME Controller are made. The max 7x7x7 is relative because you can´t make a full block 7x7x7. There are other restrictions and I´m very confussed about how to plan my base without knowing the "best" ME controler.
For the moment I let a 7x7x7 hole in the middle... Lets see how this works out.

The red colouration on the controllers is telling you that they are set up in the wrong arrangement. OP, I suggest you set them up in the area suggested by the others on this thread - they should flash through multiple colours if you've done it right.
