Summary of the problem AE2 + Ender IO Recipe Bug

Pack Version FTB Beyond 1.11.0

What is the bug? When I try to make a crafting pattern with a Soul Vial from ender io and combine it with a enderman soul vile and i confirm the recip it makes the recipe think its crafting a soul vial instead of a enderman soul vial.

Seems all soul vials have the same id, I just tried a bat soul vial and it has the same item id as the enderman vial. A regular soul vial is 6964 and the vials with souls in them are 6964:1. I assume they all should have a different id to them.
