AE2 Crafting Card has no recipe?

I would start here: http://ae-mod.info/
Click on "ME Networks" and under "Network Functions" are all the bus varieties. When you click a bus, that next page will have links to the cards.
I see your problem, the wiki isn't complete it seems, I also had some trouble finding it but try this: http://ae-mod.info/Basic-Card/

I just fired up DW modpack, the recipe in NEI is listed as "Basic Card + Crafting Table"
