I'm trying to use the molecular assemblers or whatever they are called and i was wondering what is the best set up for them with interfaces?

If you want speed, place multiple assemblers surrounding each full-block interface. To maximize recipe storage space, put multiple interfaces facing each assembler. Two (or more) small (micro block) interfaces can be placed within the same block space.

Do those micro block interfaces still have the 9 or so slots for patterns?

Yes but they do not supply power so you'll either need at least one full block interface or a cable going into the assembler.

Ah I am more knowledgable now haha. Also what is the difference between the normal Builders Wand and The Super Builders Wand?

Super just does a larger area.
