ok so I have been in love with ae for the past few weeks, so much so that my entire base revolves around it.
I also use bees to get all of my materials like copper and tin. I use frames to make the amount of materials I need and before I had a system that would automatically produce them then sends them to an ender chest. what I did is I had a me-interface connecting to my system that has an export bus connected to that. the export bus puts oak logs into the system and crafts them with the tome of alkeheast. with a redstone signal. then I have a level emitter connected to that that says if under 500 oak logs do a redstone signal. that used to work but now it doesent. also whenever I place anything into my system it disappears. for instance I tried to craft a sunnarium with the me- crafting terminal and when I did all of my uu disappeared I have 62 in I used 6 and all of it disappeared. I really don't know what to do because I am out of tin and copper and I use it so much, and most of my combs when processed just get deleted by the system. I would really like some help with this and I will try to provide more info if I can.

The only way i can think of stuff dissapearing is if your out of space and stuff is somehow being voided/incinerated.

also my autocrafting isn't working even though I have the materials to do so

This is really annoying. The crafting monitor will not tell you what's wrong, but it just simply won't craft. In my case, the problem was relatively simple--I had an export bus hooked up to a boiler set to autocraft planks from logs. But this meant that it was continuously crafting planks. Even adding 7 crafting CPUs did nothing to cure the problem--it would just randomly refuse to make an item even though it has plenty of materials and space on the disk. Only after adding a sawmill and inputting planks directly to the boiler was the problem solved.
