I created a calculator which will calculate how many AE processors you need to create all of the different Storage Cell Components for AE storage cells.
Simply enter the amount of each storage component you want to make in the orange sheet cells and it will tell you below it how many Logic, Calculation, and Engineering processors you need!

P.S. It's easier to just download the spreadsheet and open it in Excel on your own computer so no one interferes with you entering data into the calculator.
