Advanced Energistics & Forestry Bees - Advice Needed

Hey, guys! Quick question (I hope).

My server is running FTB Monster (1.0.3 I think?). I'm currently working on my forestry bees and at a point where I want to automate some of my hives to get more honey. I've done this before using BC pipes, but I'm hoping to avoid BC pipes this time around. I'm using Thermal Expansion (Itemducts) and Advanced Energistics (ME cables).

So my question is this: Is there a way to automate the bee hives using those two mods? I'm thinking an ME system is a better bet - would a Fuzzy export bus allow me to put bees back into the hives, then send all the honey combs to the centrifuge? How well will a fuzzy export bus handle bees with various genetic differences?

TE requires 5 ducts and one pneumatic servo to completely automate an apiary.

You can use, just AE alone for automation of APiary/Alveary

Use a Prescision Export bus with the bee's you want to keep in the apiary/alveary all the time, and only 1 Import bus needed the system will route everything how you want it.
