The 4 Element Crystals
Hello and welcome to the adventure map “The 4 Element Crystals“ by Ganderon and me (Taran T.)The map is about a monk, who tries to save his cloister from the void.
Story:
You are a monk and have been living in a cloister happily with other monks for 15 years. The monks have been using the power of the elements for decades, but one day this power seems to turn against their owners.As the cloister gets destroyed by a magical energy called 'The Flux', you go on an adventure to safe the rest of the people living in this world by sealing the powerful force which is 'The Flux'. To do so you will need to find the 4 Element Crystals, but your way is not an easy one...And who is that old man calling himself 'Mister Y'?
You will need to work hard to complete this adventure!
General Information:
The map is in english and is played on Slow(poke)'s Stream pack for version 1.4.7 in the Feed the Beast Launcher, since the mods Thaumcraft 3, Buildcraft, Divine RPG and Forestry are needed.We would recommend to use the texture pack that we used, Sphax Purebdcraft with the Feed the Beast patches. The textures are included in the file with the world, so you do not need to make it yourself.We also recommend to install OptiFine, since everything looks a lot nicer with it and it only takes 2 minutes. If you do not know how to do that, we found a very helpful video on how to install it. The map is made for 1 to 4 players and includes most aspects of a good adventure map such as jumping puzzles, fighting, riddles and some inuendos as well as a good story and a lot more.We would be pleased if you played this map, gave us feedback and maybe recommended it to your friends.
If you start the map and somehow spawn somewhere you are not supposed to be, so for example the world not looking touched, teleport to x -15; y 205; z 94
Rules:
1. Enabable Command Blocks.
2. Don't change the level of difficulty, your gamemode and the gamerules.
3. Don't break anything unless we tell you.
4. Don't place any blocks unless we tell you.
5. Don't pick up things which are generated by explosions.
6. Don't use any commands.
7. Do what is written on signs or said by command blocks.
8. You only get food in the cloister at the start of the map, so take as much as you can.
9. Change your settings to this:
10. NEVER go to bed, even if a sign or a commandblock tells you to go to bed!
11. If you find an item, keep it and do not throw it away.If, for example, you have to destroy a torch, pick it up and keep it.
12. Enjoy the map, show it to your friends and give us feedback.The rules are also found in the map itself.
