So it has been ages since I have hosted any type of server. I was wondering what plugins I can add server-side for my FTB Infinity Server (Whitelisted) that will allow me to promote certain payers to "Mod" and give them the whitelist command. Any help would be awesome!

If you want to use plugins you need kCauldron. You should be able to do the same thing with ForgeEssentials.
