adding plugins to infinity is driving me crazy! plz help

so I have been researching on how to get some plugins on my infinity server, now MCPc is shut down and so im not sure where to start now. I am hosting the server through beast node and have it running on vanilla ftb, I just need basic plugins, grief prevention, essentials and a permissions system, nothing crazy, if someone can help me I will even paypal you some money for your time or gift you a game on steam. this is driving me crazy!

Although if you can I would recommend trying to stick with mods for simplicity stakes (becuase it will still remain a forge server and not a Bukkit+Forge server). You can still do Bukkit with this that I found from another user posting http://tcpr.ca/cauldron. You will want 1408 or higher for Infinity as the user stated on the other thread where I found his response as well.
