Problem Adding Optifine to FTB Skies crashes the Launcher.

Trying to add Optifine to use HD Textures for FTB Skies and the Launcher just keeps crashing. It's for MC 1.19.2 and should work. Just want to know if it's because of the new settings format for the Modpack.
