Problem Adding more mods to my FTB Server

I want to add a mod that adds the /sethome and /spawn, I can't get it to work. I dropped the .jar into the "mods" folder but it didn't work, I'm either being really derpy and didn't config it correctly, or something else.And can someone link me to one that'll work? I tried one off of bukkit.org with just the .jar but that might be the issue.

This one works on my server, you have to read how to install though otherwise it won't work
