Adding/Deleting Mods in a Modpack

Hey so I'm currently playing on Direwolf20's pack for FTB. After playing ultimate for a few minutes I decided I didn't like it, except for the different map (I believe ultimate has Voxel's). So, I would like to add voxel's map to my DW20 pack and remove rei's minimap. The only problem is, I don't have the slighest clue how to add/remove mods from the FTB launcher or even how to use minecraft forge. Any help is appreciated

So I tried using zan's minimap mod by editing the modpack on the launcher and hitting add. I installed voxel's pack just fine, but I'm not sure what additional steps i have to take in installing the zan's minimap to the dw20 pack

Download Ultimate
Go into the Ultimate Folder>Minecraft>Mods (I believe)
Copy Voxel mods AND LITELOADER over into your DW20 folder
After that add liteloader to JAR NOT mods
Then delete liteloader from mods and I think you're set.
Just a word though, voxel is known to cause lag. Just saying...

Turns out i need a separate mod from voxel's since they put rei's into voxel. Forge is just being wierd and not loading mods i put into the mods folder :/

What do you mean seperate mod from voxel?
Could you possibly send a picture?
Just look at the way the ulimate "edit pack" settings look like. That is my best suggestion.

Originally I wanted the map mod that was included in voxel's modpack. But, instead of that map mod, they changed it to REI's minimap. I found out that a similar mod to the one i wanted was called zan's minimap. I downloaded the ZIP, put it in my mods folder, but when I launch FTB I see it in the console as being loaded, but on the list of forgemods in-game the minimap doesn't show up, and it doesn't have the mod in the actual game

Voxel might be hiding it or something? Maybe try going into settings? I know that whenever some mods are installed with Voxel it changes the key bindings so what's to stop them from changing the look?
