adding a hat to the Hats mod

Me and my sister watched Moon Phase and she loved the "necomeme" in it I was wondering how do you add hats to the hats mod?

Uhm, I don't think you can simply add hats to it.
If you're any good at modding, I suppose you could make an expansion for it, however you'd need to ask for iChun's permission before you publicize it.

No, there is a whole site for people to post hats they have created, it's linked on ichuns blog. Instructions are also on the site. I would love to help you with it but I'm on my phone while I'm away
