Added Buildcraft ... now a crash

So I added Buildcraft today to my modpack (modified dw20 for 1.12.2). Now I get a crash. Yesterday I had buildcraft ... (worked fine) ... today I noticed all the individual modules. So I added those, and disabled the other. Now I get crashes.

When I didn't disable, I got a duplication issue. When I did, the crash. ... Anyone got a clue?

Well, if you had gone to the Buildcraft GitHUB, which can be found by going to the Buildcraft Curseforge page and clicking 'issues', you'd see that there is a dependency issue where you've got mutually exclusive dependencies, that is currently being worked on.

Or, yanno, not adding in mods that are still in alpha-dev. That works too ;)
