You need to find a place to download IC for 1.4.5 then add it in yourself (just highlight the mod pack and click edit mods, add mod then select the IC folder).
Not as easy as that the vanilla IC2 for 1.4.5 will conflict heavily with other items in the mod pack, there's a whole host of IDs to change.[/quote

Why are you adding IC2? Try to enjoy the other mods without IC2, really, try it. Twilight Forest is a lot more challenging and you are going to actually do something else than trying to get electric tools and armor.
