A slight issue with the launcher (java related)

Can't get input stream from URL!: javax.imageio.IIOException: Can't get input stream from URL!

each time I boot up ftb this shows in console, it doesn't happen on my laptop but as for my desktop it's really got on my nerves.

any help is appreciated
