A question about TE4 augments

Does augment effect stack?
I know augments don't stack in the same slot, but does same augment effect stack if I put them in different slots?
For example, I have two magmatic dynamo, both of them has a Integrated Redstone Circuit augment, a Secondary Gearbox augment and two Flux Linkage Optimization augments, will that give me extra 80% fuel efficiency?

Two of the same augment will do nothing.
