A probably well wanted mod (especially by me)

Imagine a mod where you could stop somebody getting an item by any means unless they complete set requirements (get struck by lightning while holding an iron tool rod from TiC to unlock basic electrical machines or get struck by lightning while running to unlock flash armour) I mean this would be amazing for pack makers and I for one need it for an awesome idea I had. If it is possible could someone make it pleeeeeaaaaaasse (childish but whatever)

From what I can tell, this belongs in the thread "Suggest Mods for Creation Here" but other than that, no one would probably make a mod based off of your suggestion because you barely even described it, if someone made a mod like this it would probably be because they thought it was a cool idea not because you suggested it, maybe if you paid someone to make this mod for you or you co-developed it with someone, I actually recommend that you learn Java yourself and that you try to make this mod (not as your first one) yourself, imagine how cool it would be if you did.

Sorry if I've been a bit of a downer. Also I'm not totally sure about that this thread belongs somewhere else, I'm just guessing.
