My girlfriend and I have recently switched over from hosting a tekkit server to hosting a FTB server.

It's been a complete headache from the start.

The trouble began after we updated to forgeessentials 1.2.

Here is our latest problem, I can't even explain it, see the pic. You may observe there are hundreds of zombies spawning randomly and unloaded chunks.

On a unrelated note, our server is also making its own backups. These backups devour every possible shred of server memory and cause crashes. When we delete the backups, the server recovers briefly, but then crashes again....and the backups reappear.

I'm not certain if it is all related to the pics or not. We're very confused, frustrated, and burned out right now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My girlfriend is at the point of tears right now.

Thank you.

Um first Forge Essentials is on version 1.1.1 from what i see from there minecraft forum page, I suggest removing Forge Essentials and seeing if it still happens on the server, if it does then go the the Forge Essentials github and write an issue so that they can fix it. If it isnt Forge Essentials then you might have a different mod that was added that's causing this and I suggest you let that mod owner know about this.

1.1.1.251 is the current recommended build. file a bug on the git for the version you are using and roll back to recommended.
