There was a pack that I knew, but I can't remember if it was on FTB. Oh well.
The pack was based around a skyblock, but you used spatial storage instead, loading small worlds into your world in order to create a new world. So no, not Material Energy ^3 or ^4. You got special worlds from reward bags, such as "Shield."
