A Mod that blacklists mobs that can spawn

Well..I've got a bit of a problem.I need mob control for the modpack Absolom lives that me and ItsPando are working on and I need a mod or somewhere in minecraft configs where I can blacklist mobs to where they cant spawn anymore.Anyone got a solution to that cause I would really appreciate.

SquidUtils generates a configuration file for mobs, which contains the option to turn off any entity.

Oh nice thanks I will check it out and see what it can offer.
