So here's the deal.
I have 2 full size quarries running in a mystcraft age, both powered by one frequency which outputs 124 MJ/t (31 magmatic engines). But one quarry is going faster than the other one. Is there a way to fix this. Both quarries are powered through energy tesseracts.

The pack is Direwolf20 in case anyone is wondering.

You could put a Redstone Energy Cell between engines and each of the quarry. The REC interface allows you to set the output energy.

The engines are in the overworld. and the quarries are in a mystcraft age. So they are not near each other. The way I transfer power is through Energy Tessaracts. But it doesnt seem to evenly distribute MJ :c

Still the same principle. Instead of Tesseract->Quarry you would simply use Tesseract->REC->Quarry.

Then I have the problem that the REC will empty faster, and it would be nice to have a steady amount of MJ and a decent speed at the same time...

Not sure I understand. You can control the output of a REC down to a single MJ. So even if you only get 50 MJ on the output side of the Tesseract, you can set each REC to 20 MJ. The quarries run at the same speed and the energy cells put out less than they receive as input and will remain full.

BTW, looking at you numbers - did you connect your tesseract in the base on one or on two sides to your engines? It's very possible you only get 80 MJ (100 MJ - 20%) transferred to the quarries.

Edit: Sorry, Pied. Was really not on purpose. :)

These are the quarries hooked up to energy tessaracts, and the left one is going faster, and this is my MJ system

[DOUBLEPOST=1376071271][/DOUBLEPOST]And when I hook up a Tessaract > REC > Quarry its draining the REC, which I dont find as a good thing. Do I need to increase the amount of MJ maybe?

Connect at least one additional face of your tesseract to the engines. Right now you are limited to 100MJ. (Unless this restriction was removed in a recent update.)
Remove the tesseracts at your quarries, replace them with RECs and place the tesseract at the side of the REC.
Set the output for the REC to 50MJ. (You are producing 124 MJ, 20% loss is exactly 100 MJ). If the cells are getting drained, go down to 45MJ per cell.
Check the chunk borders for the quarries. There is a tiny chance that the Ender Chests are in an unloaded chunk.

So you are saying that I should input the REConduit into multiple sides of the Tesseract?
The quarries load their chunks so I dont think that its the problem. But Ill try the Tessaract > REC > Quarry thing again.

Yes, the input per tesseract face is limited to 100MJ. You'll have to connect two faces to conduits, to transfer the full energy.

Quarries are loading their chunks. But if you placed the quarries right at a chunk border, then the ender chest will be in the next chunk already, which isn't loaded.

Ummm that ender chest is hooked up to my ME Acces Terminal, so I dont think that it will give me any problems ;)[DOUBLEPOST=1376072527][/DOUBLEPOST]

Oh god you have no idea how much this helped me! :D I dont think ill be needing the REC but ill try that out also c:
