A good spotlight/tutorial on bees and tree breeding?

There are quite a few of those. Unfortunately, I have a problem with most spotlights or tutorials: either the monotone drone makes me fall asleep, or the creators try too hard to be cool and I turn them off before I explode.

DW20's spotlights are usually just right for me, the only problem I have there is that I occasionally need to replay stuff because he talks a little too fast here and there. Only on bees and tree breeding, the stuff I'd like to see is spread among a dozen updates.

So, does anyone have recommendations?

Thanks, that looks good. As for doing something with bees, I noticed I have an actual application in that my trees don't produce enough saplings to feed one fermenter for continuous Biomass production, even though my tree farm makes enough wood that I could probably feed another big steam boiler with the surplus.
