He does have a fusion reactor and a handful of fission reactors. And I have no idea, he never said in his world tour videos.

If you look at his videos there is one point where he shows his applied energistic system. There you can see a few monitors displaying several million of many types of ingots (I believe it was 5 million copper ingot for example).

Then the explanation is to why he has more then he knows what to do with is because 5 million copper is just as useful as 5 stacks of it. AKA not very, bordering on totally useless.
