Title 60 to 0 fps over night without change

Hello from germany,
i have some issues with the FTB direwolf20 1.3.2 pack (We are not using the newest version, because our server hoster doesn´t have it -.-).
First, system specs:
CPU: i7-4770k @Stock
MB: MSI Z97 Gaming 7
RAM: 2x8 GB DDR3 1600MHz CL9
GPU: AMD 280X
Storage: 500GB SSD
Windows: Win 10 Enterprise
Java: 1.8 121 64Bit
Antivirus: Off when i play (Avast)
FTB RAM: Testet between 2GB and 6GB
Problem:
I played MC-FTB monday evening and everything worked well. Tuesday after work i started the game and only had about 30 fpm (Frames per minute).
I restartet my computer, testet ist again and no change, 30fpm.
Yesterday i reinstalled windows (clean), all drivers, windows updates, java 1.8 121 64Bit, ftb launcher, avast (took it off for testing), google chrome and had the same issues.
At first i thought it was the server, but even in single player on a new map (waited about 5 minutes for rendering the new world) i have about 30fpm.
Minecraft Vanilla runs smooth, so i have no idea, what it could be.
I ran memtest 3 times without errors and the cpu usage is about 15-40% when ftb runs.
Can anyone help me?
