I have spent so many hours in creative and google just trying to make a simple frame system which moves in 4 directions and lowers a drill. Now I'm over it after watching endless videos that creators skip over really important information or just keep screwing up that it becomes extremely confusing I turn to the forums. I tried following a picture tutorial for a 4x4x4 6 directional I found on here, but after spending an hour trying to follow the poorly made tutorial (did not show the direction of many of the frame engines plus was incomplete).

Can someone PLEASE for the love of god show me at least 4 directional frame drive, layer by layer, because my brain is dead and overstressed from this.

Great 2 part video on a 6 direction frame drive, he demonstrates things clearly and his layout is easily adopted to only 4 directions (just don't install the up/down motors).

I recommend if you have any problem and can SWEAR you rotated the motors correctly, to log out and in after placing each one the next time you lay it out. There can be a client/server issue where your client says it rotated but the server doesn't.

I know its kinda outta of place to say this, this early in the relationship, but, JESUS FUCKING CHRIST I LOVE YOU SO FUCKING MUCH.

Took me 3 attempts, though I got it the first time building it, it was the wiring and programming and I screwed up 2 times before I got it right and it works greatly. I much appreciate it.

you can use a computer craft computer to control it on board, or wireless receivers connected to a handheld controller or computercraft turtle. :)
